    Harvey Cohen is an advocate for homeowners against the insurance companies.     After graduating from Stetson School of Law, Harvey was employed by the State Attorney’s Office. As a state prosecutor, Mr. Cohen handled thousands of criminal cases. He conducted over 40 jury trials, countless motion practice and depositions. Mr. Cohen branched out as a solo practitioner without staff or associates. He has been able to grow his firm to over 70 employees, including more than 20 attorneys. Mr. Cohen is also a proud veteran of the U.S Army. He was enlisted from 1985-1989 and his assignments took him all the way from New York to Panama.

    Mr. Cohen is known throughout the Nation as the go to attorney for insurance claim cases as it pertains to the restoration industry. Mr. Cohen has been a presenter for the RIA, Restoration Industry Association and other professional trade groups. The RIA is the oldest and largest nonprofit, professional trade association dedicated to providing leadership and promoting best practices through advocacy standards and professional qualifications for the restoration industry. They represent over 20,000 members. Mr. Cohen, has been a presenter for the RIA on several subjects, including claim disputes. IICRC courses help restoration professionals keep up with the latest techniques, technology and education for the restoration industry.

    Mr. Selleck’s career began in 1989 right upon completing courses in Architecture Design and Structural Engineering. While spearheading this firm, Mr. Selleck has led both a team of 60+ employees and a large workforce of subcontractors to handle various types of construction work performed within “widearea” disaster zones.

    To date, Mr. Selleck has restored more than 4,000 properties and has professionally assisted his clients as a construction expert on over 7,500 storm and earthquake related projects. He has completed projects for major hotels and restaurants, office buildings, commercial developments, apartment buildings, community associations, and residential property owners. Relevant experiences include Hurricanes Andrew, Allison, Erin, Opel, Ivan, Charley, Katrina, Wilma, Gustav, Ike, Irene, and even “Superstorms” Sandy, Irma, and Maria.
